At Altitude Hospitality Consultants, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
ELigibility for refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• A service was paid for but not delivered.
• A cancellation request is received within the agreed-upon cancellation period.
• The client has valid concerns about the quality of service delivered, and a resolution cannot be reached.
non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Services have already been fully delivered as agreed.
• Work has commenced, and significant time and effort have been invested.
• The client fails to provide necessary information or cooperation for service completion.
• Deposits or retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• If a client cancels before work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• If a cancellation occurs after work has commenced, any refund will be based on the portion of work already completed.
REFUND PROCESS
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients will be notified via email once a refund has been processed.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage them to first reach out to us to seek a resolution before requesting a refund. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and professionally.
