•Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities

•Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
•Any decisions made based on our recommendations are the client’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
•Altitude Hospitality Consultants provides advice and services in good faith but is not liable for any business losses, financial damages, or operational disruptions arising from the use of our services.
•Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
•Any materials, reports, or recommendations provided remain the intellectual property of Altitude Hospitality Consultants unless otherwise agreed.
•Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or modify our materials without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
•We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.
9. Force Majeure
•We are not responsible for service delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms
•We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to clients where applicable.
11. Governing Law
•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in a South African court.
